q. How long does it take to receive my computer after I place my order?
a. For a desktop or a notebook computer, the build time is 4 days (2 days to build, 2 days of stress testing) and then it is shipped. Shipping time is 1 day to 5 days depending on what method of shipping you chose at checkout (the most common is UPS 3-day). Although we do our best to anticipate demand, sometimes we run out of components or painting the cases takes a little longer than anticipated. If this ever happens, we will notify you by email and make sure that you're OK with it.

q. What forms of payment do you take?
a. Credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card. We do take personal and business checks, but the funds have to clear our bank before we will build your system. If you pay by check, we will email you when the funds have cleared and the building of your computer systems begins.

q. What if I'm not happy with my computer?

a. You have 30 days from the day you receive your computer to make sure you like it. If for some reason you are not happy with it, give us a call and we'll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We'll also pay standard ground shipping to return the computer to us. Please keep all boxes, wrapping materials, manuals, software, cables, cords, etc. so you can return the computer in its original condition. We will deduct the retail cost of any non-returned items from your final credit. Visit our Return Policy page for more information.

q. Do you ship outside the United States?
a. As of now, we only ship to addresses in the USA. It is an in-depth process to be certified to ship outside the USA, and we will go through that process later in 2009.

q. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
a. Not at this time. We can only ship to verified addresses based on the credit card used to place the order.

q. Can I use my shipping account number to have computers delivered?
a. Yes. As long as it is a valid account with the appropriate shipping company and the ship-to address has been verified.

q. Will you custom-build computers to meet our company's exact needs?
a. Yes. Call us and give us your exact specifications. We will send back a quote and a time-to-build.

q. What are your hours of operation?
a. Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm MST. On-line chat is also available during that time. You can email 24/7 (if you email after hours, we will return the email at the beginning of the next business day). However, some of our staff don't have much of a social life and might return your email after hours to help out. Visit our Learning Center 24/7 for answers to many of the questions you might have.

q. Can I upgrade my computer after I have owned it for awhile?
a. Yes. We can either ship you the parts you purchased and you can do the upgrade, or you can ship the computer back to us for a quick turn-around upgrade (we will ship out your upgraded computer within 2 days, unless a specific component is on back-order - we will email you to let you know any problems). If we do the upgrade, those new components will have a 2 year warranty.
