Return Policy
Nova Mesa Computer Systems offers a "no hassle" return policy within 30 days of receipt of any product(s) and service(s) purchased from Nova Mesa Computer Systems. All returned products must be in their original packaging and contain all software, manuals, cables, bags, components and installed accessories. Customers must contact Nova Mesa prior to returning any item and be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return shipping address. Nova Mesa will pay standard ground shipping on returned merchandise within the initial 30 day period. Refunds and credits are posted to the customer's account after inspection of the returned merchandise by Nova Mesa. If there are any missing or damaged items (caused by the customer), the current value of those items will be deducted from the final refund/credit. Please contact a Customer Support representative to discuss any issues related to returning products to Nova Mesa Computer Systems. We want you as a long-term customer, therefore we will make every effort to handle any return(s) in a professional and timely manner.
