Items ordered from Nova Mesa Computer Systems are shipped UPS. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which takes 5-7 business days. You may request other delivery options such as UPS 3-Day or Next Day Air (which takes 1 business day), for an additional charge. Processing time for computer systems is approximately 4 business days (1 day to build and 2-3 days for testing, then packaging and shipping), althought his time can be longer if certain components are out of stock (we wil notify you if there is any delay). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All products ordered from Nova Mesa Computer Systems are delivered Monday through Friday only - items cannot be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. At this time Nova Mesa Computer Systems only ships merchandise to the U.S.. Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. APO/FPO Addresses At this time Nova Mesa Computer Systems does not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We are sorry for the inconvenience. P.O. Boxes Nova Mesa Computer Systems does not ship to PO Boxes. We will, however, ship to residential PO Box addresses in rural areas. Signature Required Nova Mesa Computer Systems ships UPS with Signature Required. THis means that someone at your delivery address must sign for the package. If no one is avaialble, UPS will leave a notice on your door with information regarding anotehr delviery attempt. UPS will make two more attempts to deliver your package. If the total of three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, UPS will return your package to us. If this happens to you, please call us at 1-623-572-0025 to arrange for re-delivery. Re-delivery will be charged to your account. Shipping Costs Shipping cost varies depending on the location to which we are shipping. Please place your items in the shopping cart and, at checkout, click on the "Get Estimates" button for specific estimates to your zip code. You will also be given the option of changing shipping options and viewing the prices for each during the shipping portion of the checkout process. All price quotes are directly from UPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a UPS tracking number that you can enter in to the ups.com website. You can also track your orider by logging in to your online account as if you were going to place an order, click on the My Account link, select the order that you would like to track (a listing of all recent orders is under the "Order/Billing History" heading), and press the Track Package(s) button. This will link with the UPS website for the most recent tracking information. UPS Ground Shipping Time Estimate
At this time, Nova Mesa Computer Systems does not ship to any other country besides the USA (the 50 states, no territories at this time). Your Responsibilities It is your responsibility to inspect and/or refuse to accept any damaged merchandise delivered by UPS. UPS has specific rules for reimbursement of damaged products. UPS packages that are damaged should be refused. We insure packages so that you will not be responsible for damaged items if you refuse acceptance.
